I'm learning Modx using revo 2.2.0 in a site that uses two templates. What i'm finding is that now i have added the second template, even though i might choose this for a particular document to use, it reverts to using the first remplate instead and i can't figure out why it's doing this. I'm sure there's a simple explanation and after trying to solve this i'm unable to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saving it after the template is changed. The edit screen will reload after changing the template. Are you by chance using 2.2.0-pl vs 2.2.0-pl2?

I'm using 2.2.0-pl. I basically set up documents after creating my first template, and then created the 2nd template i needed before making new documents to make up the content (well those new documents being attached to the 2nd template i created). However, upon selecting the 2nd template in the right-side drop down of the document window still reverts to the 1st template my other document was using.
