The strangest thing, I have searched and cant find a similar issue with the manager frames being broken.
So I login and 4 out of 5 times it will not respond, but when it does it only goes into one of the frames. Sometimes it will load all but usually only when I clear cache or something random. I still have not been able to isolate.
So I have been working on this site for weeks and nothing wrong until one day this began and after it started it has been happening from the office computer and on the home computer. Internet Explorer as well as Firefox. I am hosted on Mediatemple Grid Server.
I even ended up deleting everything I had and doing a clean install. It is still doing it.. I loaded 0.9.6 and that didnt do anything either...
I really hope this isnt a host issue because that will pretty much kill the whole modx trip for me. Front end is working fine. One weird thing that may be relevant: In firefox I have a tab plugin and that causes the manager to open up in different tabs...
anybody have any ideas on this one? If you want access I will send you details
Thanks,
Abe
Every time I’ve seen something like this it’s been due to some sort of add-on running in the browser, so disable all installed pop-up blockers, browser extensions, funky toolbars, phishing protectors, pr0n downloaders, and anything else that might intercept JavaScript and see if that fixes it (spyware might cause this also, unfortunately).
