Quip - Custom gravatar image

Is there a way to use a custom gravatar image? The default image does not fit well in my website. I am talking about &gravatarIcon=`` parameter. It could be something like &gravatarIcon=`custom` &gravatarUrl=`assets/images/customgravatar.jpg`
