Increase duration of Activation Link [SOLVED]

Hi,

We need to increase the duration that an activation link remains active. a client tried to register but didnt check her email for a few hours and when she did the link no longer worked.

I've looked through all the settings in the manager but i cannot seem to find where to extend this.

Any help would be appreciated.
