Siblingnav Snippet: Order by TV

Is it possible to order Siblingnav by a Template Variable (Date input type)?
I have tried other similar Snippets but no one order by TV.

Three years later, is it possible now, to show TV images with siblingnav?

Bruno, I tried SiblingNav for my Blog using 'publishedon' and 'createdon', but the values returned are seldom correct. The previous link, for example, almost always points to the first article I ever wrote. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I also think span tags with a class would have been a better choice than li tags for the default Tpl, since I suspect that more implementations would have the navigation on a single line than on consecutive lines.

you can use fastField-tags in siblingNav-tpls for displaying image-TVs

Seem to get the correct order also for prev and next links

With this new version, you can get some debugging - infos with &debug=`1`, if that helps.
