Content no longer has the rich text editor options after upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded both Articles and TinyMCE yesterday to the latest versions, and now I don't have the RTE in the content of a new article. Is this a setting somewhere that I need to turn on?

Any other thoughts as to why I might have lost the ability to edit this text?
