    Hello. I haven’t asked for support very often, so forgive me if I don’t do this correctly.

    I am trying to get Amazon.com’s Product Previews to work on my website. I believe that I have narrowed it down to some problem with Modx. When a page first loads with the product preview code on the page, the very first mouse over works correctly. Upon any further mouse over, the blue text link with the product name disappears. The rest of the box displays correctly.

    I have checked this out in IE and Firefox, have double checked the html links for the product, and have put the script in various places on the page, yet the same problem occurs. Here is a page where you can view the problem. Any idea what’s causing this?

    PHP version 4.4.6
    1.3.37 (Unix)
    Linix
    MySQL version 4.0.27-standard
    ModX 0.9.5
    Any snippets you’re running: Breadcrumbs
    Any plugins you’re running: TinyMCE

      Sorry to bump this, but I also realized that I didn’t put the correct link to my site. It works now and you can see the problem.

        That would seem to be a JS problem. It might also be a conflict with the Google Ads. Try removing those temporarily and see if the issue persists.

        You might also figure out what’s including the following in your header, as it could also be an issue with WebElm.js:
        <!-- MODx registered -->
        <script type="text/javascript" src="manager/media/script/bin/webelm.js"></script>

          Ok, it’s definitely being caused by this script:

          <script type="text/javascript" src="manager/media/script/bin/webelm.js"></script>

          But the problem is, I really want to use the news ticker at the top of the page. This is what’s adding the js code though. Any ideas of how to work around this issue so that I could use both the Amazon links and the ticker?

            Upgrade to 096, which the news ticker has been upgraded to use Mootools.
