QuipReply Preview issue

Hi everyone, currently, when clicking the preview button of a comment, it simply just loads a thank you page for a contact form instead of the preview. My call looks like this:

[[!QuipReply? &thread=`[[*alias]]` &moderate=`1` &notifyEmails=`[email protected]` &recaptcha=`1` ]]
