Hello! modX'ers I have a fairly basic question to ask, and was wondering if someone can help answer. I am trying to add an editable chunk so that you can click edit resource scroll down to appropriate TV and edit, after saving that content would propagate to the other templates that all use the same chunk call.
I know it has to be a Template Variable thats set to rich text. However the problem is that the user would have to edit every page on the whole website just to display the same content. Can someone suggest a better and more user friendly way of creating this? Thanks so much!
Are you on Evo or on Revo?
In Evo you can use the GetField-snippet to show a TV from other Resource.
In Revo you can use the getResourceField-snippet
