Upgrade to 2.2pl2 issues

Hello, I just upgraded a site to 2.2.pl2 and I now getting this error below when accessing resources or trying to create new. I can do quick create and that will create a resource. Also packages do not have a proper description on the Components drop down menu. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!!

Try turning compress_css and compress_js off in system settings.

On that note - I've found that just turning off compress_js solves this issue for me. Might pick up a tiny bit of performance that way
