empty template variable image

Hi there,
I'm a new user with modx and i wondered if there is someone that can helpme out?

The problem is like this i have created three TV's with a input value of image.
know i wanted to do the following if i have filled all three TV's but one TV isn't relevant anymore
for that particle document and i want to empty it how do i do that without deleting the TV?

Not sure exactly what the question is asking. Just edit the resource and empty the TV field. If you want to completely hide that TV field when editing that particular resource, then you need to look into Form Customization

How do you empty an image TV. It just gives me a drop down and when I click that. It takes me to the image document browser and if I unselect any image. The OK button is disabled.

Just highlight the filename in the field and delete it. The save button will work anyway; the enable/disable functionality is buggy. [ed. note: sottwell last edited this post 14 years, 6 months ago.]

Well, it's not really obvious; those ExtJS fields aren't always clearly outlined, particularly the ones with buttons in them (instead of outside the field). The buggy save button enable/disable doesn't help.

Is there a way to have a button or icone that empty the field and save too? I think it should more clear for my clients.
