form customization bug?

Hi, I don't know if it's just me but when you enter, form customization, and "constrain" TV's to a specific template, they don't show up in the "template variable" tab in resources. When I deactivate them everything works fine. Can any one check if it's a bug or just me? I've tried 2.1.2 and 2.2.0
