Very similar to this bug (
http://tracker.modx.com/issues/5189) my manager crashes when i try to add an image with an TV field, but it happens everytime - even when I create a new resource (with an empty TV).
The problem only occurs when using Image TV's. When I wan't to add an image within TinyMCE, there's no problem at all.
MODx version is 2.1.5 and the problem even occurs after a complete reinstall.
