Hey Guys,
If you haven't seen the news on twitter, we are close to releasing a new website monitoring system. I know, ANOTHER monitoring system, but ours is slightly different and you may want to check it out. Outside of the system being created by a MODX Partner, the system (Orange Ping) has many of the standard features. One of the cool features is that it will have a MODX plugin!
Let me try that again... We monitor more than just if the website is alive, we also monitor things about your MODX websites. I shouldn't spill many of the details (thats what beta is for), but among the cool things is tracking what version of MODX you have installed! There is more to the MODX monitoring, but if you want those details you should head over to
OrangePing.com and signup for the newsletter (which also enters you for beta invites in the near future). Following
@OrangePingIt on Twitter wouldn't hurt either, we will keep you in the loop either way.
Feel free to speculate on what features are coming, we may even confirm some in the near future
