modX 2.2 - TV's as Static Elements

    Hi,

    I got a question regarding an upgrade from modX 2.1.2 to 2.2 related to the new possibility of "outsourcing" elements. I get the deal with chunks, snippets, templates.

    What I don't really get is the usage of TV's as static elements...
    What's the syntax for creating those?
