On Modx 2.2.0 pl
I can see all the resources from the resources tab, but when I go to Security | Resource Groups, I don't see all the Resource Groups I have created. If I go to Access Controls and update the Group I belong to, I can see and all the groups on the drop down list. Also, the table 'mox_documentgroup_names' has all the groups there. And finally when I create a new Resource Group, it just doesn't show on the left column (Group Resource Page).
I have tried clearing cache and cache folders.
Thanks.
If you created any user groups, add yourself to them with a role of Super User.

This issue is doing my head in.
When I go to Security > Resources Groups > I can only see up to 10 Resources Groups (And No More).
Can anyone help me?
Thank you,
What version of MODX? That was a bug in an earlier version of Revolution.

Did you try deleting your browser cache and cookies?
If that doesn't do it, try turning off the compress_js System Setting and deleting the files in the core/cache directory. Clear the browser cache and cookies again.
If it's still bad, try turning of the compress_css System Setting and clear things again.

Thanks for your answer.
Did all that but still nothing, what is also happening is that I as admin can move duplicate etc... any resources, but other users can't. I don't know if that issue is not related to this one.
It sounds like a permissions issue. Have you been creating permission ACL entries?
Are you a member of all user groups? If not, try adding yourself to all of the them with a role of Super User, then flush permissions and sessions.

I feel like I'm going in circles here, that was one of the first things I tried...
