We have been trying to Login with Provisioner all day. When we try to Login (logout first) we see a couple of progress bars and then:
Login to the Remote Site failed - Revolution gateway package is not installed in the remote Evolution site -
We have tested our revogateway script at (domain)/assets/snippets/revogateway/index.php
and receive: {"success":true,"message":"","total":0,"object":null}
Modx Error log says:

Due to changes in MODX, Provisioner doesn't work with recent versions of Revolution (or Evolution, I think).
One solution is to install an older version of Revolution. I think 2.0.? will work. Install Provisioner and migrate everything. Then upgrade that Revo site to the current version.

Thanks for the response.
I am hoping Evolution - 1.0.4 ( rev 6981) is compatible with 2.0 then ... Anyone have any predictions about that?
Lissie
I'm not sure what the cutoff for that is. I'm pretty sure 1.0.1 will work but things changed somewhere between there and 1.0.5. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Installed 1.0.1 and "downgraded" Evo site and then was able to feed to 2.1.1.
Big thanks for taking time to respond to my posts!
Starting to celebrate,
Lissie
Glad you got it sorted.
Thanks for reporting back.

except now we are just seeing a white screen, but that's another story...
Having the same problem. FYI 2.0.8 doesn't work. Have tried going back to earlier versions, but now running into the InnoDB install problem *sigh*
