Im gettign a weird issue here.
I upgraded one of my many modx sites to evo 1.0.5
all is fine on this site.
But what I like to do for new sites, which does save me time, is after backing all my files up, upload them to the new domain. Edit the manager config.inc file, create new db and then import old one.
Login change the paths for new domain and hey presto ready to rock and roll.
What im now trying to do, is use my new upgraded version as my main upload version. Doing all the things I normally do.
Connection to new db seems fine, but when I try to login I get wrong username/ password everytime.
Have tried the hack from Bobs guide
http://bobsguides.com/modx-newbie-faq.html but no joy.
Am I missing something out or is it not possible?

did another back up and upload, and now its fine
