Answered correct way to have #modx display proper server time??

What's the correct system settings to use to make MODx display the correct timestamps and time??
We're on EST/EDT GMT -5 time.

There should be a Configuration setting for Default Time Zone; this should be set to match the default timezone set in your php configuration.

It will use the setting in the active php.ini file (via the PHP ini_get() function). If this is not set or it does not match the Default Time Zone configuration setting, then the Default Time Zone configuration will be used.

If neither the php.ini nor the MODx configuration setting is available, it will default to UTC.

I put -5 for my dev server, which appears to work...

What do I do for remote/production server??
There's a 'server offset' setting.
If my production server's timezone is 2 hours behind me (Dallas TX) should server offset be +2 or -2??

Try them both and see what happens
