Using MODx Revo for my sites I can face problems with special pages sometimes. They are 403, 404 and Unavailable pages which I configure in site settings.
The problem is in frontend. For example, the site is disabled and when I try to enter the site I'm not to be redirected to Unavailable page but stay on main page and receive a broken html-code, like

where xxx - alphanumeric string (length 3).
So the design of this page is broken....
Why do such things happen? What should I do to avoid such problems in future?
