Cann't save anything - action_err_ns

Hi there. Often use MODx REvo, but this bug for the first time.
When referring to the context - error "action_err_ns". Accordingly, any attempt to save anything, can not check right context and throws "access denied".
No action with the user is not carried out, just suddenly started popping up an error.
MODx update to 2.2 didn't help. Error exact same.
