    Hi
I ask myself if it possible to switch the Modx’s default comportement to somethings like in Drupal at least for edit mode. Quickedit with title, alias, description, pop-up (~evil), tv, edit... make me spend more time than a REAL quick edit can do in Drupal + space and tab to pass from one text area to another...

The ergonomy will be review in the futur?

    Thx for your explanations.

Hmmm. Moreover, should I dare speak about the perfect TinyMCE integration in Drupal. No pop-up for edit just a little mistake. You can have this area in full screen in your browser too...

Some very good choices for web publishers. But in Modx I trust too wink

What you say is you’d like inline instead of popup editing in the frontend ?

Can be done (I know jquery or mootools allow inline editing), but one concern of the method you speak of might be security... probably can be solved, and probably would be better than current quickedit.

You should post this feature request in the Wishlist forum.
