Hello,
Does anyone know if punctuation in names has any negative impact on MODx and its packages. I find it much easier to read TVs and Chunks when using punctuation instead of camelCase. For example:
nav.main
nav.main.item
nav.main.item.first
nav.main.item.last.
navMain
navMainItem
navMainItemFirst
navMainItemLast
Only problem that I've experienced so far was with MIGX and punctuation names inside JSON. But that was prior 2.0.0-beta1 and works now.
Why I'm asking is because all code and examples I've seen is based on camelCase.
Periods should have no effect; I would avoid using semicolons, commas and any MODX tag modifier, such as ! @ # etc..(although the system should prevent you from using them anyway).
