1.0.5 " Converted to \" when saved

Hi Guys,

I'm having problem with modx 1.0.5 when save template , all char " become \"

This happen when hosting provider move the server to php 5. server
after that, modx is not working. after I upgrade to 1.0.5 , it worked again.

Problem happen after I update the template. Is there any solution?

Here is the config info:
Mysql version : 5.1.56-log
PHP : 5.3.8
