I have looked and looked, and know that it must be right under my nose. Where in the manager can you view basic stats, such as page visits/hits etc. I’m hosted on Windows IIS.

MODx 095 does not have native statistics recorder, and nor will newer versions.
Prior to 0.9.5, MODx did have an integrated stats script, but it has been removed. It created huge database tables that could totally choke a popular site, and it wasn’t all that great for reporting anyway. Nowadays most people here use
Google Analytics, and the Log Visits checkbox has been maintained in the current versions of MODx for people who want to integrate it or some other stats package.
Thanks so much for your answers. I was starting to go crazy, knowing that I had seen it somewhere, must have been in a previous version. Also there did seem to be a few pages about the Modx stats.
I’ve installed SlimStats which seems OK. I think that because I’m hosting on Windows (not using friendly urls), all that slimstats shows me is index.php?id=43 which is not the greatest for users. I’m trying to see if it is possible for slimstats to pick up the page title, but I’ve not found out how to do this yet. Everyone know?
Once again thanks for your answers.
