I've tried to install modx revo on two different hosts and both didn't indicate any errors but after install I'm missing the resources column (left-hand panel). Is there any common issue that could be causing this?
I can install it on my local dev machine without a problem, however.
If you set up 2.2 try looking if compress_js is set to 1 and if is set to 0. Report back if doesn't work then.
Did that. No dice, on two separate hosts: Dreamhost and Joyent. Set both the compress fields for JS and CSS to 0.
