Hi !
So, i'm facing a strange problem.
I've set a tree_root_id param for a user which refer to a folder.
When this user connect, he is well rooted to the folder.
But when he wants to create a ressource in this one, after the creation, he can't see his own new document. When he try to expand the folder, it show the same folder under it, when he expand it again, a new one appear ...
Bug ? Misconfiguration ?

I think in some versions of MODX, there's a bug that makes it possible for a resource to be its own parent. That might explain what you see. Check the parents of the various documents and folders.

Here i'm using Modx 2.2.0
I've checked the parent, and it's not itself. The parent of the ressource is the good one.
When I check with my admin account, the document appear in the good place.
But when I connect with the user account, this problem appears.

I've seen that happen as a result of cache corruption. Did you try deleting all files in the core/cache directory? Also, did you flush permissions and sessions after changing the user's tree_root_id setting?
OTOH, it may just be a bug.
