      Try
      [[Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent? &topLevel=`2`]]` &level=`1`]]

          For now, I have that solution
              	 [[Wayfinder?
                		&startId=`0`
                      	&excludeDocs=`10,5,6,8,7`
                		&rowTpl=`subMenu-rowTpl`
                		&outerTpl=`subMenu-outerTpl`
               	]]

          subMenu-rowTpl
          [[Wayfinder?
          	&startId=`[[+wf.docid ]]`
          	&outerTpl=`subMenu-outerTplSubMenu`
                	&hideSubMenus=`0`
          	&sortOrder=`ASC`
                	&hereClass
          ]]

          subMenu-outerTpl
          [[+wf.wrapper]]

          It works fine, but the problem is the following. If I have that menu

          -menu1
          -- submenu10
          -- submenu11
          --submenu15
          -menu2
          --submenu1
          --submenu2
          --submenu3

          And I want to display only the submenu. it correctly displays this:

          submenu10 | submenu11 | submenu15 | submenu1 | submenu2 | submenu3

          But I can not order the submenu (I can not find it how to do). I need that the submenu are displayed like this:

          submenu1 | submenu2 | submenu3 | submenu10 | submenu11 | submenu15

          Any idea?
          Thank a lot

            it only dsiplay the second level of the selected menu
            Yes, of course: My error.

            You want the submenus of menu2 displayed first. So you need to change the &sortOrder of the main menu (which is ASC by default):
            [[Wayfinder?
                &startId=`0`
                    &excludeDocs=`10,5,6,8,7`
                &rowTpl=`subMenu-rowTpl`
                &outerTpl=`subMenu-outerTpl`
                &sortOrder=`DESC`
            ]]
