Boolean column has empty value.

Hello to everyone,

I read a db boolean column into a grid column of xtype
```
booleancolumn
```
. So far so good. I configure the
```
trueText 
```
and
```
falseText 
```
variables and the display looks fine.

However, if I ask for the value programmatically, like so:
```
var rec1 = this.getStore().getAt(0);
Ext.Msg.alert('Store', 'value = ' + rec1.get('colName'));
```
nothing comes out as an answer. The value is empty.

Can anyone explain why? I can give more code, but ignored it for brevity.
