Offline View for Multiple Domains

I have a single advanced Revo-2.2.0-pl2 install to manage multiple domains using the file copy method (not the gateway plugin).

Context A > domain-1.com = index, config, htaccess only + no manager
Context B > subdomain-1.domain-1.com = index, config, htaccess only + no manager
Context C > subdomain-2.domain-1.com = ran setup here, manager + connecters located here.

While logged into the manager on subdomain-2.domain-1.com/manager/ I can view the offline site of this domain.

If I enter into editing Context A, the site > view then opens domain-1.com. Likewise with Context B and subdomain-1.domain-1.com. Which is handy btw.

But the two sites without a manager open up to the unavailable page/offline text.

My question is: Is this because I don't have managers installed in those two? Are there any context settings I could add to allow this to work without managers on those other two sites?
