Enabling table support in TinyMCE 2.1.1 ?

Can anybody help me enable table support in TinyMCE 2.1.1 please?
I have selected the "custom" theme and added "tablecontrols" to my second row of buttons.
I’ve also edited the plugin configuration, to add "table" to the list of loaded plugins.

I still can’t see any table controls though.

Also, how would I alter the shipped "Content Editor" theme to add support for tables? I ask because that theme is pretty much perfect for my users.

Ah, I’ve just realised I did it right, but my usersettings were overriding the default ones. Doing the same thing for my user worked fine.

I’d still like to alter the Content Editor theme directly though, so any pointers would be appreciated.

Actually...the fun thing to add would be an easy way to add your own themes. I started with the Content Editor theme and planned on doing a few more. The idea was to have some default out-of-box settings that would work for most instances. Any suggestions for some themes with plugin/button combos would be great!
