Resource tree won't show

I was having the problem on 2.1.5 and I upgraded to 2.2.0-pl2 and I am still having the problem. There was a database error and I ran the repair in cpanel. But I am still getting no resources shown in the tree. When I check the error log this is the error I am seeing over and over. Any clue how to resolve this issue?

Reupload and upgrade; it seems your upgrade did not complete fully.
