I had a problem where I upgraded and overwrote the config.inc so that the website didn't work. I thought I had a backup but I didn't. I do have a backup of the database. So I have new installed and imported the old database, this works and I can login but I don't appear to have default admin access - I can only see dashboard, no menus for system, user etc and the elements tree says access denied. Has something gone astray in the import? How do I gain access again?
I've sorted it. I thought I'd try upgrading to the next version to see if that would flush the errors and it worked! Lesson learned, always backup.
