Content not displaying, only menu(Backend)

Hi, i installed MODX today, everything went fine. But anyway I have a huge problem. After I login It displays the startsrceen with news fine. But if I wan't to switch to any other page i get a blank one. There is only the menu showing. What can I do?

Try to set the compress_js to 0 in the system settings.

Open phpMyAdmin, open your DB -> open system_settings table.
Find compress_js and change the value to 0.
Than delete the core/cache/system_settings/config.cache.php file
Refresh your page.

You may need to set compress_css to 0 as well.

I succesfully changed the value, but I can't delete the config.chache.php file because I am not the owner. This happens to me verry often. Is this problem caused by Me, the hoster or MODX? How to solve? and sorry that this a bit oftopic!
