Upgrade evoluton to revolution

Hi I want to update modx from evoluton to revolution.
Backuped everything

But if i go to the /setup than i come into the error page of my evolution.
How can we bypass this en start the revolution update

In simple terms you can't as theres no out of the box upgrade for evo to revo. Have a look at the Provisioner extra http://modx.com/extras/package/provisioner . you might have to go to a lower version of revo to do the upgrade, and then upgrade to the latest version once it's in revo.

The provisioner guide says you need to install revogateway. connectors zip to Evo to make it work.

Infuriatingly it doesn't tell you where to get this file. There's nothing on this site about it when I do a search and nothing in the addons?

Anyone know where to find this mystery file?
