I was trying to install ModX Evo on GoDaddy hosting. While installing I got a mistake, that there's not such folder "tmp" and a session can't start.
CMS files are here: /home/content/html/
Session tmp folder should be here: /home/content/tmp/
As you see, the folder "tmp" should be level above of a folder with CMS files. But unique feature of the hosting is that all CMS files are in the root folder (folder "html", and there's not any chances to get in the folder at level above because "html" is root folder). Also I can't create a folder at level above of the root one (I asked the GoDaddy support). And I can't change domain folder (because primary domain have to be in root folder).
I've hosted the second domain (because I can create another folder for second and following domains). After that I created a folder at level above of the folder with CMS files. But a session requires the same folder.
CMS files of second domain are here: /home/content/html/site2/
Session tmp folder should be here: /home/content/tmp/
Any suggestion what to do in this case? Can I change something for writing session's files to other folder?
