Strange popup on manager login

Hi,

When I login to the manager, I get a blank pop-up saying nothing....? When I push okay on that popup, and click login again the manager opens. Does anybody know how to get rid of the ’strange’ popup or what causes it?

Are you running MODx on a windows server? if so chek the hosting on windows iis server section
I had the same problems on 2 windows servers I needed to change the permissions to all then install and after install protect all except the ache and image folder
