New Document page loads after every save

Anyone else seeing this?

When I save any resource, the manager loads a "new document" page. It happens with new documents as well as when editing/saving current documents.

While it's not the most annoying issue, if I was working within the document in the manager, it would be. Prior releases always re-loaded the current page.

I don't recall changing any setting that would do this but perhaps I did and just don't know it. ??

Ideas?

There's a set of buttons at the upper right that controls what happens when you save. You have it set to "create another".

I lobbied unsuccessfully for the options to be presented as text rather than icons.

Oh my, I recall clicking through those and not knowing what they were because they didn't seem to do anything. The pop-up's weren't very descriptive.
