I'm on Revo 2.1.5
I changed the the installation path as following:
1-copied the files to the new location
2-changed all the paths manually in /core/config/config.inc.php
3-same for .htaccess as i am using FURL
now everything is working in the new path. however, I ran the installation again as upgrade and everything went smooth, and now everything is working fine except for installing extras.
If i try to install a new extra, or reinstall another it gives me an error:
Could not transfer package getpage-1.2.2-pl.transport.zip to /home/content/html/modx/core/packages/.
and this is the old path, packages download in the right location, but to install or reinstall, i have to recreate the mentioned path and put the packages manually in it, then it works.
Otherwise installing packages is not possible.
