deleting doc problem when site is offline

I am trying modx on a test domain with site offline status.When i delete a document in my admin panel its all good it refreshes tree without showing deleted docs but that pages still appears in the homepage menu (they gone from sitemap also),refreshing browser or clear cache doesnt work.I deleted database and reload my one step back sql and it still same. I just discovered if i make my site status online deleted pages disappeared from my main menu .

Do i missing a point or this is a bug ?

This happen to me on rc1 so i gone for rc3 but its same ( both was fresh install) ( i dont have rc2 )
