404 URL doesn't display its 404 URL

I have an Error Page set in the System Settings. It works.

Whenever someone types in an URL that doesn't exist, Revo 2.2 PL (and Revo 2.0.8) both display the correct Error Page,

but I want the Error Page's URL to display instead
