Please help me to solve following issue.
I need disable TV items(e.g. textarea, image etc.) by editing resource, when another TV checkbox checked and unblock them, when this checkbox unchecked.
it should work in realtime mode.

You'd have to inject some custom JavaScript in a plugin tied to OnDocFormPrerender. It would not be easy, and I'm not sure it would work at all. I think the only other option would be to hack the core code, adding the JS and OnClick() events to the template used for that page.
