Within the MODx Manager how do I achieve creating directories for resources? Like so:
http://www.mydomain.com/newdirectory/resource.html
Basically I want to put multiple resources under a directory.
Any ideas?

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "put multiple resources under a directory".
If you want to organize the Resource tree, you can just create a "directory" resource and drag the resources to it in the tree. Wayfinder will create a menu of links to those pages.
If you want a page with links to various resources, check out either Wayfinder or getResources. Wayfinder will select the resources based on their position in the tree. getResources will select them by their characteristics or from a list you supply.
