ModX Revolution 2.2.0-rc3 and earlier Advanced install: bugs

Hi there,

ModX Revo has some bugs in advanced install.

* ?s=set: choosing "language=ru" leads to the unreadable page text (problem with the character set)

* ?action=options: checkboxes labelled "Core Package has been manually unpacked (Recommended for installation on shared servers.)" and " Files are already in-place (Recommended for installation on shared servers.)" are unmarkable. Clicking on the label or checkbox leads to nothing. Submitting the form leads to the forced download of the whole ModX core files bundle even if that files are already in place.

Could you please report that here: http://bugs.modx.com so it doesn't fall through the cracks.
