I know you can create Context for your Resources, but how do I place Resources into folders per se?
And also I cannot seem to create a third folder for my Elements.
Any ideas?

The web is our sandbox, so let's develop a castle.
You can create Resources with another Resource as Parent (Folder).
For example:
+Company
+--Staff
+----Person 1
+----Person 2
Staff is a Child of Company and Person1 + 2 are Childs of Staff.
When creating a Resource, choose a Parent. Another way is to right-click on a Resource in the tree and choose "Create Resource here" from the context menu. After saving, the new resource appears under your chosen Parent.
