Sottwell helped me get though the wampserver part and to the MODx registration but after I registered and everything worked fine I logged out. When a came back and clicked on my project in wamp localhost all I get is a blank white page.
With registration do you mean set up modx?
Maybe you have a blank template.
Can you log into the manager with localhost/yourproject/manager?
Thanks Wanze that was it I will put something into my template and start watching some video's.
