[Solved] In manager top menu: how to add item with link to another site?

For the life of me, I just cannot find instructions on how to do this. All I want to do is add a menu item to the top menu of the manager (actually, a submenu item of Support top level menu item) linking to a page on another site. In this case, to a trouble ticket system we have up and going on another site.

I can create a menu item within the actions page, but then what? Where and how do you add the URL?

Anyone? There has to be an easy way to do this.

Try this:

Handler: window.open("http://somesite.com/home.html");

or this:

Handler: window.location="http://somesite.com/home.html";
