Hi,
The following way worked for me,
[[+tv.myimage:replace=`/[[++cultureKey]]/==/`:phpthumbof=`w=235&h=150&zc=1`]]
used the
culturekey instead of
base_url,
and added
slashes ( "/" ) besides,
because the image tv output is starting like
/en/assets/images....
