Is it possible to have multiple domains in a single Adv. Revo install?

As far as I know, the multiple sub/domains depend on the htaccess file modx in order to make it happen.

This is IIS, no apache installed.

The .htaccess has nothing to do with configuring multiple domains/sub-domain Contexts within a single MODX install. It should work on any functional PHP-enabled web server.

It should. I think the htaccess is for FURLs only, but it's kinda hard to decipher with the various tutorials on other MODX users websites:

The most often cited Multiple TLD:
        http://www.belafontecode.com/modx-revolution-hosting-multiple-domains/

        Other:
        http://www.modxcms.de/multiple-domains-with-modx.html

Gateway Plugin doesn't work for me. It's got to be the way the hosting is setup that's throwing everything on my LAMP stack. I want to resolve that before I actually resolve the IIS7 Server.

I've always had 7 burners going at once.

Hi, I know this thread is old but I've tried the two tutorials and got it working but not completely.
my root and first add't domain work but nothing else works.
As soon as set the context in the index.php, the site returns 503.
The root site works so I assume I'm in the clear as far as permissions go.
          window 2008 R2 ( IIS 7.5), modX r 2.2.2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
