Hi Community!
I'm a little bit confused if what i want to realize can be made with things that modx already can do or if there is an add on that can handle the things i want to do - i'm also open for something completely different...
I'm looking for a solution where i can share different files with different clients over my website. So i want to upload files to a directory and want to give certain user groups access to this folders. It would also be possible to just upload these files and give users access to a website where i create links to the files .... The important thing is, that i don't want to have a menu struktur for all my clients - the have to be redirected after login to their download site...
any suggestions, hints, etc. are more than welcome!

ok - simple as that:

Installed redirectUsergroups Snippet
Created some user groups and users and some ressources and i can redirect my users concerning to their groups... but where do i set that certain ressources are only visible to certain groups? ...
Even if i'm not completely finished with my task: Modx is just great!

okay i found it myself.
Went to:
Ressource Group Access - Zugriffskontiollen (im guessing the english terms)
right click on your usergroup -> edit usergroup
go to tab: Resource Group access - Ressourcen.Gruppen-Zugriff
Add your usergroup with load, list and view in the context web.
That should be it.
